Carlota: I'm doing a marathon for charity next week, and I'm looking for sponsors.

Carlota: It's for a children's hospital

Mireia: And when are you doing?

Carlota: I'm doing next sunday. I'm hopping to raise about 300€. Will you sponsored me?

Carlota: I'm going to try! Some friedns are going to do it too.

 Mireia: Hi Carlota.

 Mireia: Oh yes, I've just auditioned for a band.
 Carlota: Really?Tell me about it. What happened?
 Mireia: Well, it was really good. There were five or six other people there, but i think that they 
liked me best.
 Carlota: That's good news. I'm glad to hair it. I hope it works out well for you.
 Mireia: We'll see. What about you? How have you been?
 Carlota: Ok, no news, really. So, maybe see you soon on TV.
 Mireia: Yes, maybe! See you around

Unit 6: Are you in favour of school uniforms or against them? Should your school change its policy?

 At schools in our area, people don't have to wear a school uniform in our school either.

I don't like uniform school.

In my opinion, school uniforms there are advantages and inconvenients. The advantages are there isn't clothes competitions, don't lose the time who chose the clothes every morning and the people don't you criticize . The inconvenients are there isn't free, there isn't wear your stile, and you look very boring because all the people dressed similarly.

So all in all, I think there are very opinions with school uniform, and for that reason I don't judge because this topic.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I represent a group called ' Students for the environment'. I am writing to you because we are concerned about plans to build a motorway in our area.

In our opinion, the motorway is one of the main reasons that people die, so we believe that the residents might be in danger. If we have a motorway here, it will be a problem for the pollution and the segurity for people.  The motorway, on the other hand, is a better alternative because they save many other roads.

We have a therefore decided to take action, and we are going to organize a protest. For this reason, we are sending you a poster and we hope that you will support us and help to publicize this event.
